If the product is damaged or faulty on delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
Timing: We have a 30-day return and exchange policy for receiving same-day items.
To return, please email hello@adorfe.org with the subject "Return" with your order number, name and reason for return.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email informing the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly (4-7 business days).
